Before becoming a coach, Paula spent nearly 20 years as a teacher. However, her life took a dramatic turn when she became too ill to work and faced severe burnout. Coaching and energy medicine played a pivotal role in her recovery and personal growth and now she brings these powerful tools and insights to her own clients.
