Do your client sessions ever feel flat, like you’re saying the ‘right’ things, but something’s missing?

You’re not alone.
Most new or weight-inclusive dietitians start out feeling unsure, scripted, or disconnected in sessions, even when their values are strong.

From Struggle to Strength helps you pause, reflect, and reconnect with the confidence you already have.

This isn't about calling you out.

It’s about calling you in — to your values, your intuition, and your growth.

You don't need another certification.

You need a moment to breathe, reflect, and rebuild trust in yourself as a provider.

You’ve done the trainings.
You know the language.
But when a session goes quiet or a client brings up weight loss, something in you hesitates.

You find yourself reaching for the “right” response, trying to fix, reassure, or teach your way through discomfort.
And afterward, you wonder why it didn’t feel like true connection.

This isn’t a lack of skill.
It’s a natural part of learning how to embody what you believe.

From Struggle to Strength will give you that space.

Inside, you’ll:
✅ Identify the subtle patterns that make sessions feel performative or disconnected.
✅ Reflect on your reactions and values with powerful, non-judgmental prompts.
✅ Use the Weight-Inclusive Care Checklist to ground yourself in ethical, confident practice.

So you can show up to each session as the provider you’re becoming: present, attuned, and authentically you.

About Heather

I’m Heather Rudalavage, a seasoned weight-inclusive dietitian and supervisor.

I support newer RDs who are passionate about anti-diet and body-liberation values but feel stuck between what they know and how they practice.

Through compassionate mentorship and supervision, I help providers move from surface-level sessions to confident, client-centered work.

This guide is your first gentle step toward that transformation: a space to pause, reflect, and remember that you already have what it takes to grow.

You don’t need to know everything to be effective.
You just need to start seeing yourself clearly, compassionately, and without judgment.
