FAQ's
Depending on the length of your day make sure to bring plenty of snacks, a lunch if you need one, and a water bottle. And your skates (obvi 😉)!
🦩 It’s a good idea to bring a hat, sunscreen, a big spray, and a change of clothes as we may go outside from time to time. 🦩 For off-ice classes, please make sure you bring running shoes, skipping rope, and a yoga mat. 🦩 Please don’t bring additional personal items or toys from home that are not needed for your off-ice classes. Anything that is deemed unsafe or a distraction may be held onto during the day for your skater to have back at the end of the day.
🦩 Please make sure that you are confident about the dates you are selecting before you sign up. Once registered you may not switch your days without approval from the TGISC coaching team. 🦩 24 hours will be required and is dependent on coach and space availability. 🦩 Make up days for summer may be permitted at the discretion of the coaches, however will not be carried over into the regular 2024-2025 season.

Yes - Pick-Up for both ice and off-ice sessions are $20 for 60 minute classes/ice and $15 for 45 minute classes/ice.; dependent on space availability.
Custom built packages are based on the pick up rates, however skaters are still eligible for the Multi Day discount.
Discounts apply per skater, are non-transferrable and only active at time of purchase for one transaction.
So you sure can - but only on your 2 new days 😉
What is the discount structure?
Earlybird ends May 31! Extra 5% discount
10-19 Days = 10% discount
20-33 Days = 20% discount
Full Pack 34 Days = 30% discount
Supervision Guidelines
🦩 Drop off begins at 8:30 am, pick up ends at 5:00 pm. Skaters who are picked up later than 5:00 pm will be charged private lesson rates.
🦩 Early drop off and/or Late pick ups can be arranged with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Similar to late pick ups, this will be billed at the private lesson rates.
🦩 Please come to the side door underneath the sign for the "Old Lobby” located on the east side of the parking lot for both pick up and drop off.
🦩 Supervision is open to all Junior, Prelim and Intermediate StarSkaters who registered for it with their package. If you did not register with your package, you must email [email protected] to arrange 24 hours prior to your day.
All activities will be held at 5600 Centre Street North
Some activites will be held outside so please dress appropriately!
