We initiate appropriate treatment personalized to you! This may include testing for obstructive sleep apnea with a home sleep study, managing CPAP therapy, FDA-approved medications to help you sleep or maintain wakefulness during the day, and/or cognitive behavioral therapy for chronic insomnia.
Obesity Medicine
Our 12-week weight management program is based on the Obesity Medicine Association's pillars for managing excess body weight which include evaluating for contributing medical conditions and offering comprehensive treatment options such as lifestyle counseling and FDA-approved medications.
Mind Body Medicine
