Week 2: Restorative Care and Gentle Supports

Build a set of practical options that restore steadiness. You’ll explore restorative breaks, creativity and social energy,

the afternoon reset, and simple default supports for sleep, food, movement, and daily life.

Throughout the course:

  • One short email per day

  • A clear focus and a micro-action you can do in under 10 minutes

  • Real-life examples and simple reflection prompts

  • No pressure to “keep up” or do it perfectly
