Week 2: Restorative Care and Gentle Supports
Build a set of practical options that restore steadiness. You’ll explore restorative breaks, creativity and social energy,
the afternoon reset, and simple default supports for sleep, food, movement, and daily life.
Throughout the course:
One short email per day
A clear focus and a micro-action you can do in under 10 minutes
Real-life examples and simple reflection prompts
No pressure to “keep up” or do it perfectly
