I’m a Simplify Your Life Guide, breathwork coach, and professional cheerleader for your nervous system.
I help people clear emotional and mental clutter, reconnect with themselves, and create calm confidence from the inside out.
My work blends breathwork, energetics, NLP and timeline therapy — but most of all, it’s about creating safe spaces where you can finally exhale.
This group is simply an extension of the care I bring to my 1:1 clients… just shared together.
