I kept all the balls in the air, I managed a successful therapy business, I managed two busy kids. I kept working all through the pandemic. And things worked well.

Until they didn’t.

Realizing that I was so much like my ADHD kids, I sought out to get my own assessment and diagnosis.

Taking my training and knowledge of emotions, behaviors, the brain and development I began to dig into how to make my ADHD work for me.
