• Is pornographic, obscene, or illegal

• Directly encourages violence or criminal activity

• Violates someone else’s rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy

Your content won’t be removed just because it’s political, ideological, or controversial, as long as it follows these guidelines.

Before going live or setting up your channel, all creators must sign the Content Creator Agreement and agree to these rules. This ensures everyone can express themselves freely while keeping the platform safe and sustainable.

While VOPUSA isn’t a social platform, and devices like Roku, Fire TV, Android TV, and Apple TV don’t display public view counters, you can receive performance stats for your content.

Certain packages include a monthly analytics report by request, while others don’t—but reports can be added on. Our analytics currently show video view counts and audio listens, and additional reports can be requested for an extra fee (see our Add-On section).

At this time, video views and audio listeners are the primary metric we provide, but deeper analytics may be added in the future.

You’re encouraged to use your existing social media channels to direct people to your VOPUSA show. Promote your time slot, add the website link, and help grow your audience — and ours — organically.

We get it — life happens. If you can’t go live, simply submit a pre-recorded episode or rerun. Just communicate with us. If you miss more than two shows without notice, your slot may be revoked. (No refunds.)

You're representing both yourself and the network — reliability matters..

Yes. VOPUSA is a full-service platform, so there is a cost to have a channel. This fee covers:

• Upload and storage for your content

• Built-in exposure through Roku TV, Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, the VOPUSA apps, and our website

• Ongoing platform support to keep your channel live and running

There is a one-time channel setup fee for all channels. This is only paid once — even if you suspend or cancel your subscription and return later, you won’t pay the setup fee again.

Unlike other platforms that pay creators millions (or don’t share revenue fairly), our model is people-powered. Creators pay a fee to support the platform, keeping it independent and accessible, while maintaining full control over any proceeds from what they promote — products, services, or other offerings. You also have the option to monetize through pay-per-view events to generate revenue directly.

You’re free to monetize your channel however you choose.

• Promote your business, brand, or merchandise during live shows or pre-recorded content.

• Use QR codes or links in video thumbnails and descriptions to direct viewers to your website, products, personal fundraisers, or subscription platforms like Substack or Patreon. (Note: Links in descriptions work on the website only; TV platforms like Roku and Fire TV — as well as the phone apps — don’t support clickable links. QR codes in thumbnails are a workaround for TV viewers.)

• Host pay-per-view events directly on our platform. You keep 80% of the proceeds — we take a 20% fee to support the platform.

Everything else you earn through your own products, services, or links from people who discover you on the platform is 100% yours. VOPUSA sustains the network through your monthly service fee — all other revenue is yours to keep.

Yes. If your live show already includes ads, sponsors, or commercial breaks, you can run them exactly as you normally do — nothing changes on your end.

VOPUSA also runs its own ad placements, which are automatically inserted during network broadcasts. All creators are included in the network-wide promotional advertising rotation, which helps increase visibility, viewership, and legitimacy across the platform.

For creators who want additional exposure, you have the option to purchase commercial spots that play during other shows across the network. This is one of the most powerful ways to promote your content, brand, or product to a larger audience within the VOPUSA ecosystem.
