Hi, I'm Nicole

I’m a mom of two teenage boys, a wife, and a woman who once felt completely exhausted in her own body.

When my youngest was 18 months old, I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. Low energy. Frustrated. Not recognizing myself.

So I took back control.

I learned everything I could about clean eating.

I fell in love with lifting weights.

I followed a program that actually worked, and lost 30 pounds in 12 weeks.

But more importantly?

I got my energy back.

My friends started asking how I did it. They wanted to feel that way too.

So I started leading a small community of women in a private Facebook group.

That turned into a passion.

I went back to school and became a certified personal trainer.

I trained women for almost a decade.

Opened my own studio.

Ran private sessions and group classes.

Was voted Best Group Fitness Class in my city.

And during all of that… women kept asking me the same thing:

“What supplements do you actually trust?”
