The Details
Small Group Training with SOZEN
Facilitated by Sorcha from SOZEN, these small group training sessions are designed to help you build strength, mobility, and resilience in a supportive, small-group environment.
Class Details:
Location: Gym in Ballydehob (5 minutes from the town), West Cork
Class Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:15 am, 7:20 am, and 10:00 am
Capacity: Limited to 6 people per session to ensure personalised attention
Flexible Pricing Options:
Drop-In Rate: €20 per session
4-Class Bundle: €70 (save €10)
8-Class Bundle: €120 (save €40)
Important Info:
Classes run continuously until September 2025 with two two-week breaks in-between, giving you flexibility to join whenever suits you best.
Bundles give you the freedom to book any available class within your schedule.
A membership to the gym (€5/week) is required for insurance and access, including unlimited use of the facilities outside of class times.

As part of the program, you'll get unlimited access to a fantastic gym for just €5 per week. It's a fresh, well-equipped space designed to help you build momentum toward your fitness goals. Whether you're honing what you’ve learned in class or enjoying a solo workout, this gym gives you the flexibility to train when it suits you. It’s the perfect place to keep progressing in a motivating and welcoming environment.

1️⃣ Booking Your Classes: You can use the app to book any of the available class times. Simply choose from Drop-In, 4-class bundles, or 8-class bundles, and book your sessions directly. It’s quick and easy!
2️⃣ First-Time Users: If it’s your first time signing up, you’ll receive an email with two important steps:
Fill out a form: This helps me understand your needs, goals, and ensures we create the best experience for you.
Sign up for the gym membership: A €5 weekly GAA gym membership is required for insurance purposes and gives you 24/7 gym access. (You can cancel this membership anytime!)
3️⃣ Flexibility & Cancellation Policy: Life happens, and plans can change! With Wunderbook, you can cancel your class up to 12 hours before the session, freeing up the spot for someone else.
