Maureen Hermann is the founder of The Group Practice Exchange and owner of Urban Wellness, a thriving multi-location group practice in Chicago. Having grown from solo clinician to seasoned group practice leader, she’s passionate about helping other therapists navigate the business side of private practice. Through her work as a coach, educator, and podcast host, Maureen simplifies the process of building, scaling, and selling a successful group practice so owners can create more freedom and impact in their work.
