A BIT ABOUT YOUR HABIT COACH
Nick
Nick started coaching back in 2017. Initially he was very influenced and inspired by the work of Tony Robbins. He finished his MSc with a thesis on behavioural economics. Trained as an ILM Coach and NLP Practitioner but as time moved on he got more more involved in the field of Applied Behavioural Analysis and more recently Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Nowadays, Nick integrates ABA amd ACT in his coaching services as he believes awareness and acceptance play key roles in building habits and moving towards a life that is meaningful and worth living.
