The sun is coming out, and it is giving me LIFE. What better way to celebrate spring than in community, together, doing fun shit?
Welcome to WILD & WELL, a day to recharge your batteries that are running on low and insert some much-needed wellness into your life that ACTUALLY makes a difference (looking at you, bubble baths).
What the day looks like:
☕ 9:15 AM - Arrival (tea and snacks provided)
🧘 9:45-11:00 - Warm Yin Yoga Practice
👩🍳 11:00-12:30 - Cooking Class (menu TBD)
🍽️ 12:30-1:30 - Eat all the delicious food you just made
🤗 1:30 - We hug, I’ll miss you, and you come back next time
1️⃣ Because ‘me time’ shouldn’t mean running errands – If your only solo outings involve a grocery run to pick up milk, it’s time to upgrade. This day is for YOU, no grocery lists required.
2️⃣ Because bubble baths don’t fix burnout – Can you tell I hate baths? But listen, however you feel about sitting in a tub of water, it isn't going to undo exhaustion. And your husband can still yell, "Hun, do you know where Cooper’s Barbies are?" (A real-life example that happened 5 minutes ago.)
3️⃣ Because you deserve to be taken care of too – Give yourself permission to take a day. Heck, I will even write the permission slip for you! You make the magic for everyone else—now let us make some for you.
4️⃣ Because joy is a damn good reason – You don’t need to “earn” a break. You don’t need to justify wanting fun. This day is here because you DESERVE it—no excuses, no guilt, just a damn good time.

Randi is here to help you rip up the rulebook and dive headfirst into a day of unapologetic joy, empowerment, and freedom. With a background in health, eating psychology, and a passion for rewriting what wellness really means, she’s on a mission to bring women back to their bold, unfiltered selves. A former “good girl” who played by all the rules, Randi transformed her life when she decided enough was enough—ditching restrictive diets, perfectionism, and the weight of others’ expectations. Now, she’s a coach, speaker, and community-builder, dedicated to helping women embrace their power, nourish themselves, and live fully, without apology.
At Rewild Day Camps, Randi will guide you through more than just activities—she’ll help you rediscover the parts of you that were told to “tone it down,” the parts that know fun, food, and freedom are key to true wellness. She believes wellness isn’t just about eating your greens and exercising—it's about savoring every moment, connecting with others, and flipping the script on how women are “supposed” to live.
Obsessed with food from the start, Chris grew up cooking with his mom, learning the joys of simple, nourishing meals. His journey began as a dishwasher in a restaurant, and since then, every job he's taken on has revolved around his passion for good food that feeds the soul.
Chris believes that the best dishes come from ingredients you already have at home, which is why he focuses on pantry staples and simple techniques to create food that feels like a warm hug. And while he’s a wizard in the kitchen, he doesn’t take himself too seriously—Chris is a big fan of tropical shirts and can often be found enjoying a good laugh, inspired by his love for The Muppets.
What do I need to bring?
Your yoga mat, journal, and an open mind.
Do you accommodate food requests?
All meals will be peanut-free and have a vegetarian protein option.
Is there an age requirement?
All women must be over the age of 18.
Do I need to be physically fit?
All fitness levels are welcome, and this is a size-inclusive Day Camp! There will be outdoor activities that require you to move around, but everything is always optional! You are in the right place as long as you’re open for some fun!
