PITCH FORMAT AND EXAMPLE
Having a 20-word version around 30-seconds long is a good start. Try adding a few appealing details to bring it to 45 seconds, and, possibly, a soft call to action (CTA) to bring it to 60 seconds. Having a brief CTA to your freebie is good to have at your disposal whenever you speak online, or even in your social media content.

PITCH PARTY ETHICAL CODE of CONDUCT
During the event, you will be invited to add your contact details into the chat. Please have them prepared so you can copy/paste them multiple times.
Format: Clickable links work best. For example, spell out your social media URLs instead of just using a tag. E-mail is great for someone who wants to connect. Booking links can be added and not as a solo way to connect, as they require people to use their most precious resource - time - to connect with you, and you may discourage some contacts. Your website could be added as an FIY but don't expect people to take the time and look through it until you establish a point of commonality.
Privacy Policy: Please respect privacy laws as you would with your email lists. Do NOT import emails into your CRM system and DO NOT MASS EMAIL. Select a FEW meaningful connections and contact them 1-on-1.
Lead with Reciprocity: Offer something of value when you approach a new person by email or DM. Give them ideas on how you can be useful to THEM, and what ideas you have for mutual support.
