Why Awaken?

Reiki has changed my life in ways I never knew were possible.

I never saw myself becoming a Reiki healer, but you’ll often hear me say that Reiki creates a space where your soul speaks to you and it will find you when it's meant to… and that is exactly what happened to me.

After one Reiki session, something shifted deeply within me. It connected me to my intuition in a way I had never experienced before. And it was in that very session, on a retreat in Costa Rica, that I received the guidance to move here.

Within just four weeks, I packed up my whole life in the UK and followed that calling.

That was the beginning of my Reiki path.

When I first began my Reiki journey, I remember having so many questions after becoming attuned. The courses I took were helpful, but they didn’t provide the depth I was really craving to truly deepen my practice.

I found myself wanting more. More understanding, more embodiment, more connection to the energy I was working with.

So I spent hours learning, researching, and deepening my knowledge of Reiki.

And through that, I started to see a gap.

So many courses are only a few hours long. They give you the basics, but not the depth or ongoing support that allows you to truly grow into Reiki and feel confident in your practice.

And living in a remote jungle town, I also felt the loneliness of walking this path on my own. I craved connection. I craved sisterhood. I wanted to be around women who felt the same calling and were on a similar path.

That’s where Awaken was born from.

Your Questions Answered: 

Will I be fully certified & attuned in Reiki after this program? 

Yes - I am a Reiki Master attuned in Usui Reiki and that is what I am teaching and attuning the students to inside of Awaken.  Following Awaken you will be able to practice self Reiki and work with clients offering Reiki healing sessions.  You cannot teach or attune others in Reiki until you complete Reiki Level 3 which is the master level.  That is not included in this program. 

What is the weekly time commitment?

Each call lasts close to 2 hours a week and there is also self practice, some study time and additional soul work each week.  Approximately 3-4 hours a week.  Of course it is encouraged to practice as much as possible to increase confidence in your Reiki practice.  

What if I can't make all the calls? 

It is highly encouraged to make all the calls each week and of course life happens sometimes.  You can always catch the replays and there is a chat support group for any questions and additional support.   The mandatory calls to make are the Reiki attunements.  If you can't make those specific calls, we can arrange a separate time however this is also subject to an additional fee for a personal attunement.  

When will the calls be held? 

Once you join Awaken you are added into the group chat and when the program is full, we will decide as a group on the most aligned call times.  I ensure to the best of my ability it works with different time zone.  

Are there payment plans available? 

Yes!  You can either pay for the program in full or join a 3 month payment plan.  A deposit of $500 is needed in order to secure your spot if you decide to join on a payment plan.  There are only 6 spaces open. 

What is the refund policy?

This is a non refundable program.  When you say yes to your journey, it is a commitment to your growth, expansion and soul's evolution.  Awaken is only for the women who are fully committed.  

Is this only for women who want to become Reiki Practitioners? 

No.

This is for the woman who feels called to Reiki and wants to deepen her connection to herself, her energy, and her path.

Some women will go on to work with others and some are here for their own healing and awakening. Both are perfect! 

This is the beauty of Reiki.  It opens you up to what is meant for you. 

I have already taken a Reiki training.  Is this still relevant to me? 

Yes, especially if you’re craving more depth.

Many Reiki courses only scratch the surface. Awaken is about embodiment, confidence, and truly integrating Reiki into your life not just learning it once and leaving it there.  If you learned Reiki years ago and but never did anything with it and are now feeling the call to begin again, this course is a perfect path to help you regain confidence in your healing abilities and gifts you are here to share.
