WORKSHOP 1 - Dr Simone Reinwald
Nervous system regulation toolbox
Understand what a regulated nervous system looks & feels like and what causes a dysregulated nervous system.
Participants will explore the language of the nervous system and learn simple tools to release tension from the body, connect with themselves, strengthen their inner safety zone to feel more embodied and at ease.
WORKSHOP 2 - Melitta Pinney
Mindset and boundary setting
This workshop is designed to empower women to understand, create, and maintain healthy boundaries as a vital component of nervous system regulation.
Participants will explore the connection between boundaries and emotional wellbeing, learning practical tools to establish limits that support their energy and relationships.

Meet the facilitators of Time to Thrive Weekend retreat:
Dr Simone Reinwald
With over 12 years of experience, Simone is a passionate Yoga and Qigong teacher dedicated to helping others explore the mindful concepts of Eastern traditions. Her journey into these practices began as a way to balance the intensity of her Yang-driven career as an immunologist and to regulate her overstimulated nervous system.
Simone’s teaching is rooted in a blend of research-backed evidence, eastern wisdom and personal experience, creating a unique therapeutic approach that is reflected in the name Simmy's Yoga Lab.
Her classes provide a nurturing space for students to reconnect with themselves, offering healing practices that promote balance & restore energy levels for overall wellbeing.
Tools to regulate the nervous system from a physical perspective as well as acupressure massage complement her teachings, to guide her students toward a harmonious mind-body connection.
