Rise above the Ruins.
Divorce to Direction
Are you tired of feeling stuck in emotional chaos and wondering who you are without your relationship?
It’s time to rise above the ruins, reclaim your power, and rebuild your life.
The Struggles of Divorce
In my own divorce and work with men, I’ve noticed shared struggles across the board. These struggles center on our mindset, emotions, response and, ultimately, our identity.
My guess is that if you’re here you’re feeling some or all of the things on the right... these emotions are real.
Constantly battling “what ifs”—fearing your ex’s actions, the courts, escalating costs, or losing your kids.
Feeling stuck, unsure of who you are without your relationship and what you’re allowed to have and want now.
Escapism—numbing yourself with drinking, sex, travel, partying, and generally avoiding the pain of divorce.
Overwhelmed by emotional chaos—angry, sad, or guilty, and afraid to feel joy again.
Losing yourself in another unhealthy relationship, enabling your unhealthy patterns to continue with someone new or…
Struggling with your self-worth, and feeling like you're not enough and unworthy of love.
The confusion, pain, and frustration can feel paralyzingbut you don’t have to go through this alone.

What If Divorce Could Be
Your Greatest Opportunity for Growth?
Imagine for a moment that this isn’t the end—it’s a new beginning.
Find out who you truly are, not just who you were in your old relationship.
Heal old wounds and prevent unhealthy patterns from showing up in future relationships.
Love yourself, giving yourself permission to be a human and all that entails.
Escape the cycle of avoidance, and numbing to face your emotions head-on.
Build a life of clarity, purpose, and direction, without needing anyone else to complete you.
Stop living in fear of your ex or the future. Start creating a life that's true to who you are.

“Aaron has a way of allowing you to show up in your own wisdom while still providing real direction and insight. He’s unlike any coach or therapist I’ve worked with—and the single strongest catalyst for my personal growth.”
Dave - CA

I love Aaron. He held me when I was in the darkest moments of my life, when I had lost everything I was ever afraid of losing. Supported by Aaron’s patient, loving listening and thoughtful questions, I learned to work with my feelings, instead of fearing them, and I built a foundation for my own personal growth that has truly transformed my life.

About Aaron Musicant.
I'm a coach and men’s work trainer, based outside the Bay Area.
I've spent 6 years training and working with EVRYMAN learning cutting-edge somatic and emotional awareness techniques that support mental, emotional and physical health.
Specializing in helping men through separation and divorce, I went through my own divorce journey starting in 2020.
I now have a life I love including a healthy co-parenting relationship with my former wife and our 3 children. I live with my new partner and her 3 kids.

“What I’ve come to realize in my own journey with Divorce and those of the men in my group is that it can be a source of healing and positive growth that propels you further into a life of joy and fulfillment or it can be a gaping wound that feels hard to avoid.
My hope and my role as a coach is to help men going through that journey, recognize what needs to be healed and to give them the space, tools, and processes in order to do that work. Because now, living on the other side, what I have is a sense of freedom and fulfillment. I want to give that to all my clients."
FAQs
Here are answers to the most common questions I receive about divorce.
How can I cope with the emotional stress of divorce?
There's a lot to unpack here. Science tells us when we have the right relationship to stress then it actually helps us grow. When we don't, it wears us down and even makes us sick.
We, as men, tend to loop and ruminate in our minds while never actually feeling the emotions in our bodies. Men often cope by numbing out with screens, work, drugs (including alcohol), sex, exercise, etc.
My program is designed to help you face your stress in order to move through it. Rather than coping externally, we'll go inside to feel and learn from what's there. Once we've done that, the path forward becomes clearer and we act. As we do so feelings shift and stress diminishes.
Should I fight for the marriage or let it go? How can I know?
My ultimate goal is for guys to speak whatever is true for them. The conversations we'll have and practices I can offer will help you understand what that is for you.
This program is designed specifically for men who are going through divorce. If you're questioning that decision, I offer a special clarity package of 3 sessions in order to help you understand what's going on in you, what you really want, and how to advocate for it.
