In each category, aim to define one to two action goals and outcome goals. Action goals are the steps you'll take to reach your desired outcomes. Let's say your fitness goal is to run three miles in 24 minutes within eight weeks. Your action goal could be to run three times a week at an 8-minute mile pace, gradually increasing your distance.
