In just 30 minutes a day for 7 days, we will bring in the energy of an Element (a Season), an Acupressure Point that supports that Element, and an Essential Oil that nourishes the Element.
You will receive a daily email for the week beginning on the day you Register, below. Each email will contain links to a previously recorded session and a PDF with rich information about the Element, Point and Oil used that day.

Each day for a week, you will receive a link to a previously recorded 30 minute Live session and a PDF packed with rich, practical information that you can bring into your lifestyle today.
