I get overwhelmed when I have a lot to do in a small amount of time.

When I watch movies, observe fine art, read books, or listen to music, I feel deeply moved and sometimes even have sensory or emotional feelings.

When my routine is disrupted, I am not able to recover for long periods of time.

Example: My Central Nervous System (CNS) gets taxed more than my peers and as a result, I require more recovery time (sleep or food) to recover.

Other people's moods (or perceived moods) affect me

Example: I am highly perceptive of people's body languages, tonality, conveyance, etc. and I will take that feeling personally and it will affect my mood for the rest of the day.

I am constantly thinking of something and it makes me look b*tchy!

Example: I am replaying and trying to learn what went wrong and how I can adjust or get better, and when someone interrupts me while I'm thinking I can lash out at them without intending to. Then I feel extremely guilty and sad that I vented to them. This is just one example.
