I get it. As a leader serving as Director at Michigan Ross and operating Allett Coaching, LLC, I’ve navigated these same challenges and emotions every day in this new, chaotic world of work.

I've spent the last 10+ years coaching incredibly talented leaders and high-performers as they navigate growth and change in their careers and leadership journeys. What I’ve come to realize is that things are wildly different today than even just 3 years ago.

To build the coaching hours required for ACC certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), this 6-month coaching experience is being offered at an extremely discounted rate of $2,400 or $400/mo for six months. This rate will never be offered again. Similar 6-month leadership coaching programs can cost $12,000 to $15,000.

  1. Follow-Up: If coaching together feels like the right fit, I will share a custom proposal for your review before signing on as a client beginning as early as February 2026.
