Autumn Mini-Retreat
Sunday 26 April, 2026 | 10:00am - 2:00pm
with Leah from The Centre of Ki
A gentle pause for body, mind and soul
As autumn arrives, life requires us to slow down.
This half-day retreat is a safe space for you to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself in a grounded and supportive way.
No pressure. No expectations. Just time to breathe, release, and recalibrate.
If life has felt a little like this lately...
You're getting through things, but it takes more out of you than it used to
Your mind feels busy, even when the day is done
Time for yourself keeps getting pushed down the list
Life feels full, but not always nourishing
You long for more simplicity and space
You sense you have drifted away from yourself
The pressure and uncertainty in the world is weighing on your shoulders
This is your invitation to pause and step out of that cycle.
To give yourself a few hours to slow down, breathe more deeply, and feel the joy in life again.

A space to come back to yourself
This mini-retreat is designed as an antidote to constant doing and giving that is ruling your life. A supportive and nourishing experience so you can slow down, feel honoured and reconnected.

What this day includes
Across four hours, you'll be gently guided through:
Seasonal yoga to let go of tension and settle the nervous system
Guided meditation to clear and calm the mind
Partnered mini-shiatsu massage to rest and receive
Nature-based art exploration to open creativity and self-expression
Journalling and reflection to process and release what's been held internally
Seasonal whole foods lunch to nourish and restore
Closing ceremony to integrate and complete the experience
How you'll feel afterwards
✅ Like you've finally exhaled after holding your breath for too long.
✅ More present, instead of pulled in a hundred different directions.
✅ Softer in your body and thoughts.
✅ Clearer about what matters to you right now.
✅ Reconnected to a quieter, steadier version of yourself.
✅ Replenished in a way rest alone doesn't always give.
Overall, you’ll leave feeling the kind of calm you don’t always realise you’ve been missing until you feel it again.
