2. Data Collection and Purpose
When you subscribe to my newsletter ("Moar Drops"), I collect the email address you provide (and optionally your name) to send you regular updates about shop news, new products ("Drops"), and special offers. The legal basis for this processing is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.

3. Use of MailerLite
I use the service provider MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, Ireland) to send my newsletters. Your data is transmitted to MailerLite and stored there. MailerLite uses this data to send and evaluate the newsletters on my behalf. I have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with MailerLite, which ensures that your data is protected and not passed on to unauthorized third parties. 4. International Data Transfer
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the USA and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework as the legal basis for the transfer, as MailerLite and its sub-processors are certified. Alternatively, I rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

5. Double Opt-In and Logging
Registration takes place using the so-called double opt-in procedure. After registering, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your registration. This prevents misuse of your email address. Registrations are logged (storage of registration and confirmation time and IP address) in order to be able to prove the registration process in accordance with legal requirements.

6. Unsubscribe and Withdrawal of Consent
You can withdraw your consent to the storage of data and its use for sending the newsletter at any time. You will find a corresponding link ("Unsubscribe") at the bottom of every newsletter. After unsubscribing, your data will be deleted unless there are statutory retention obligations.
