Terms & Conditions – The Clarity Map
Effective Date: Friday, February 20, 2026.
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and delivery of The Clarity Map offered by Natalie Mallia (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing The Clarity Map, you agree to the following terms.
1. Program Description
The Clarity Map is a personalized clarity process delivered digitally.
Upon purchase, you will receive:
• Access to a detailed intake questionnaire
• A personalized video review (approximately 20–25 minutes)
• Identification of your dominant pattern
• Clear guidance on what to prioritize for the next 30 days
• Direction on what to stop adjusting
Delivery is made via private video link within 3–5 business days after completed intake submission.
No live calls, ongoing coaching, or additional services are included unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Payment Terms
The full fee of $97 CAD is due at the time of purchase.
Payment must be made in full before access to the intake questionnaire is granted.
3. Refund Policy – Clarity Guarantee
The Clarity Map is a personalized service.
If, after receiving your Clarity Map, you genuinely feel you did not receive a clear and actionable starting point, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:
Refunds will not be issued:
• After the 7-day period
• If the intake questionnaire was incomplete or inaccurate
• If dissatisfaction is based on disagreement rather than lack of clarity
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or misuse of the policy.
4. Non-Transferable
The Clarity Map is non-transferable.
It may not be shared, redistributed, resold, or assigned to another individual.
Each purchase applies to one individual only.
5. Delivery Timeline
Delivery occurs within 3–5 business days after submission of the completed intake questionnaire.
If additional clarification is required due to incomplete information, delivery time may be extended.
6. No Medical Advice
The Clarity Map provides educational and informational guidance only.
It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You are responsible for consulting with a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided within The Clarity Map, including videos and written materials, is the intellectual property of Natalie Mallia.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
8. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing The Clarity Map, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
