I'm Melissa, a cancer survivor, certified cancer exercise specialist, and personal trainer with over 15 years of experience in health and fitness. I understand the challenges you face and am dedicated to helping you overcome them. My mission is to empower women over 40 to achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized coaching and expert guidance.
