Live sessions will be hosted Zoom and the link will be shared after you join, and replays will be sent to you.

As a coach and hypnotherapist, I hold space for mums of teenagers, women navigating the empty nest, and female business owners who are so used to looking after everyone else that they’ve quietly lost connection with themselves.
