What makes Power30 different from other fitness programs?
Power30 combines expert-led strength training with pelvic floor health. As a Pelvic Health Nurse and women’s health coach, I ensure each session addresses both fitness and women’s health concerns, offering you a holistic approach to your well-being.
What is Power30?
Power30 is a 30-minute online small group personal training program designed for busy women who want to get stronger and improve their pelvic floor function. The sessions are focused, efficient, and tailored to your unique needs. Clients include:
Post-partum
Post-surgery
Incontinence
Prolapse
Pelvic Pain
Osteopenia/Osteoporosis
Peri/Post-Menopause
How does the small group personal training model work?
Each session has a maximum of 6 women, allowing for personalised attention while benefiting from the motivation and camaraderie of a small group. We focus on strength, core, and pelvic floor exercises in every session..
What’s included in the initial consultation?
The initial consultation is a comprehensive 1:1 online session where I assess your health history, pelvic floor function, and fitness goals. From this, I’ll create a personalised plan that informs your training sessions. This consultation is a one-time fee of £50 (normally £109).
How much does it cost to join Power30?
£69 per month with a minimum commitment of 3 months.
What times are sessions available?
We offer a range of session times throughout the week to fit your busy lifestyle. If there’s enough demand, we’re happy to add more slots to accommodate your schedule!

Can I still join if I’m new to fitness or have specific health concerns?
Absolutely! Power30 is designed for women at all fitness levels. During the initial consultation, I’ll tailor your plan based on your current fitness, health concerns, and goals, ensuring your sessions are safe and effective
What equipment do I need for the sessions?
You’ll need some basic equipment like a set of dumbbells, a resistance band and pilates ball. We’ll discuss this further during your onboarding process to make sure you have everything you need.
How do I get started?
I recommend booking an initial consultation by messaging me! Once we’ve assessed your needs, you’ll be ready to join a small group that aligns with your goals and schedule. Please note: you do not need to book a 1-1 consultation to join, this enables me to ensure you are getting the most from your training. You can book a 1-1 consultation at any point and can have multiple if you wish.

With consistency, you can expect to see improvements in strength, core stability, pelvic floor function, and overall energy levels. Our tailored approach ensures that each session is aligned with your goals.
