Why do you no longer provide delivery services?

We have transitioned to a pick-up-only model to streamline our operations and better serve our customers. This change allows us to focus on maintaining high-quality products and efficient service. By eliminating delivery services, we can ensure that our hardwood is always handled with care, from our yard to your vehicle. This approach also helps us reduce overhead costs, which allows us to keep our prices competitive.

What types of hardwood are included in the 15kg bags?

Our 15kg bags contain a premium mix of hardwood, primarily featuring iron bark, spotted gum, and occasionally redwood/stringy bark. Iron bark is our main wood, known for its durability, long burn time, and high heat output, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. Spotted gum and redwood/stringy bark add variety and enhance the burning experience with their unique properties. Each piece is commercially cut to 300mm in length, ensuring it fits easily into most fireplaces and wood-burning stoves.

How do I place an order and pick it up?

Placing an order with us is simple and convenient. Follow these steps to get your premium hardwood:

1. Order Placement: Visit our yard at 123 Lobb Street, Churchill, 4305 QLD during our business hours (Mon-Fri 0730 to 1630, Sat by appointment only). There is no need to place an order in advance; simply come to our location.

2. Pick-Up: Once at our yard, you will be responsible for hand loading your order into your vehicle. Our staff will be available to assist and ensure you have everything you need.

3. Payment: Payment can be made on-site via cash or card.
