Join our dance team!!!
Find rest to your soul by dancing freely in a safe & judgment-free environment solo, in pairs or in group with other awesome ladies like you!
Experiment with creative and meaningful moves as a channel to find your authentic way to express your emotions while learning and practicing movement pathways that give language to your dance
Explore the use of dance props such as silks, flags, ribbons as you engage in contemplative dance meditating in the promises of God for your life that promotes peace, joy and true fulfillment
Experience joy and the natural release of endorphins - known to decrease stress - as you worship the Lord Jesus from your heart and improve balance & coordination. "In His presence there is fullness of joy and pleasures forevermore" Psalm 16:11b
Practice to rest in God's presence and hear His voice during guided breathing & relaxation "You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you". Isaiah 26:3

NASM-Certified Personal Trainer; Progressing Contemporary & Ballet Technique Certified Teacher; NASM-Women's Fitness Specialist, Revelation Wellness Group Fitness Instructor, Barre Class Teacher, Building Personal Resilience Certified Coach, Worship Dance Leader & All-In Worship Dance Founder
Between becoming an Attorney and later working in a management position in a financial institution for over 7 years, Becah made a life-changing decision to pursue her passion in the health and wellness arena! Her heart is to empower women to steward their physical and spiritual health by making dance and fitness a fun, strength building and fulfilling worship experience.
