I DO THIS THROUGH MOVEMENT, BREATHWORK, AND ART.
My methods are a synthesis of exercise principles, creative movement, and breathwork.
As an artist,
I believe in living artfully, and life is the ultimate masterpiece.
This interplay between movement and art is where I explore the tensegrity of existence.

• Breathing Mechanics
Harness the act of breathing
The physical practices of breathing - teaching you to control and improve the mechanics and muscle tone of HOW you breathe.
• Breath Meditation
Witness and befriend the wild breath
. Creating change within the body is a different focus than observing within the body. Here, we shift from Intention to Attention in a breathwork meditation practice.
• Change Your Being With Breath
Harness and ride the breath
Cultivate conscious awareness within your nervous system.
Your breath is the sole system in the body that directly accesses the nervous system both in unconscious and conscious states.
You are the sole essential.
Everything else is nice, but optional.
And, props will augment your experience and range.
A firm stool or chair
Theraband
(or stretchy leggings)
Massage Balls
(or tennis balls)
A Dowel Rod
(Or, a broom handle, walking stick, curtain rod... get creative!)
