Breaking barriers. Imagining bigger.
There is more than we know. Bigger ideas and solutions available to us than what our mind can comprehend in the present. If only we dare venture beyond the barriers of our limiting beliefs and our awareness of risk, there are the dreams that our soul carries for us. There is the possibility to be the vessel of creation and the co-creator of life.
Rather than painstakingly mapping and predicting, we can dedicate ourselves to the unfolding - to following the breadcrumbs - and having faith in our ability to steward what we find. When we can shed the need for guarantees and clear outcomes and anchor into curiosity and self-trust? Maybe then, we can turn our wildest imagination, into action.
This is a session dedicated to arriving just as you are. Using the power of the breath to bring yourself past the mind and the known stories and expectations - and into connection with the space, energy and power you (already) hold.
We gather in zoom for shared check-in and a guided breathwork practice from the comfort of your own home.
You receive reflection prompts on the theme that are shared via email one day before our session - to use at your own rhythm.
We open the session together checking in and sharing thoughts. You may feel in alignment with the theme you may find yourself in a different place - all is welcome.
This is followed by a short introduction to/reminder of breath practice and answering any questions you might have.
Then we move into a 45-ish minute guided breath practice divided into a rhythmic breath pattern and a phase for rest and integration.
We close the session in common reflection and sharing of experiences (optional).
Live attendance is not required. Recording available to re-watch for 30 days.
I recommend bringing a notebook and pen along for anything you might want to write down to remember after.

About your guide
Shani is a creation catalyst, intuitive guide and facilitator of attunement and authentic expression. Through two decades of self-development practices and more than ten years of building contexts for other people to thrive and innovate at work - she brings together an eclectic mix of tools and perspectives on human evolution, learning, wellbeing, healing and creativity. Always inviting the senses to play.
As a Certified Breathwork Healing Practitioner, through ongoing study with David Elliot and Michelle Baker (steps 1-5) she invites a playful, deep, warm and present atmosphere - leaving us open to explore, feel and heal.

As this is an activating breath practice that may evoke altered or unconventional states of consciousness, I will refrain from any mind-altering substances at least 24 hours prior to the session.
If I am pregnant, have epilepsy or recently had abdominal surgery, I will speak to my primary care physician before attending class.
