About the Series
Black and African American PTs and PTAs are severely underrepresented in the field of physical therapy, leaving a significant portion of patients underserved. The situation is even more critical in the niche of women's and pelvic health. Our webinar series, "Bridging the Gap in Pelvic and Women's Health," aims to address this disparity by providing education, insights, and practical solutions from leading experts.
During this series you'll learn:
About the lack of minority representation in Physical Therapy and its impacts on patient care.
The challenges and solutions for increasing diversity in Physical Therapy.
Why all PTs need a basic understanding of pelvic health
About the accessibility of physical therapy as a profession for minority populations
