Hi, I'm Sarah Cooper
I'm a Personal Trainer with over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry. I specialise in helping perimenopausal and menopausal women alleviate joint pain, lose weight, and feel fitter & stronger.
As someone going through perimenopause myself, I understand the challenges first-hand. My mission is to help you feel empowered, regain control of your body, and embrace this stage of life with confidence.

Full Body Workout - online/recording

A mix of cardio & strength using weights, bands, or bodyweight. Suitable for all levels.

(Fridays, 09:30-10:00AM)
Strength & conditioning working the entire body with a focus on core strength. Can include use of a stability ball, bands, and weights. Suitable for all levels.

Fit & Strong Chorleywood - in person

A strength & conditioning class. Low impact bodyweight exercises focusing on joint alignment & technique. Suitable for all levels. Discounted course or pay as you go.

I attend the Fit and Strong class on Friday mornings at Christ Church, Chorleywood. Sarah's classes are very varied and perfect for all ages, whether in your 20's or over 60 years. They are a mix of light cardio and pilates-style stretching, with a focus on overall strength. She will always give time after the class to answer any questions about the exercises completed and the correct technique. Sarah has a friendly, inclusive manner and makes all attendees feel welcome. The option to 'pay as you go' is a real advantage, as in my case I am not free on a Friday morning, every week and can't therefore commit to a whole term's classes.
