My Story (Your Guide Has Been There Too)
Even though now I have been a Physician Associate for over 12 years and complementary practice practitioner for over a decade, it wasn’t always this way.
Over a decade ago, I struggled with mysterious pains, anxiety, overwhelm, and deep exhaustion. I realized I was burning out from carrying too many responsibilities. It got so bad that I began to wonder if I was crazy—or if it was even possible to feel “normal” again.
Eventually, I faced a decision: either get support to reclaim my energy and well-being—or give up and let myself slip into some chronic, degenerative, or autoimmune illness.
I chose to get support—even when I could barely afford it. Living in NYC with sky-high rent, I made the commitment and invested money I didn’t really have because my life depended on it.
The conventional medical system didn’t have much to offer at the time, so I began searching for real answers through complementary methods.
After diving into NLP, Hypnosis, and the Feldenkrais Method®, I found the tools to help my body, my mind, and my nervous system heal. Today, I feel pain-free, aligned with my purpose & passion, more energetic than in my early 30s and full of joy.
I’ve gone on to study even more, including energy psychology and tapping, to deepen my results and better support others.
Later, I discovered I’m an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) and empath—a trait shared by 20–30% of the population, especially those drawn to caregiving and healing professions. But being an empath in a busy hospital & noisy NYC will burn you out fast if you don’t know how to care for your nervous system in the right way. I learned the hard way.

You’ll identify your personal values to guide decision-making and uncover unconscious patterns that may be draining your energy. MODULE 3: How to Stay Motivated Without Hitting Real Rock Bottom
This module invites you to look at the hidden cost of waiting for crisis before making change. Through guided reflection, you’ll explore how to find motivation without hitting rock bottom. Gentle prompts and body-based awareness will help you shift from reacting out of urgency to taking intentional, values-aligned action.
MODULE 4: From Triggered to Resourceful: Becoming the Observer
Here you’ll learn how to move from emotional reactivity into calm, resourceful presence. This module introduces a simple process to recognize when you are triggered, step into the observer role, and access inner states like safety, clarity, and confidence. With practice, you’ll begin to rewire old patterns and respond with greater ease.
MODULE 5: Anchors⚓ (aka “Good” Triggers): Accessing Your Inner Resources
In this module, you’ll explore anchoring—an approach from Neuro-Linguistic Programming that helps you intentionally access positive internal states using sensory cues such as touch, gesture, or imagery. You’ll practice linking states like calm, confidence, or presence to specific “anchors” you can call on during challenging moments.
MODULE 6: Beyond Rescuing: Understanding the Drama Triangle & Building Healthy Boundaries
This module introduces the Drama Triangle, a framework by Stephen Karpman, M.D., with further insights by Tiffany Barsotti, Ph.D. You’ll explore unconscious relational patterns, with special attention on the Rescuer role, and how overgiving can lead to burnout. You’ll learn how to shift into healthier roles, set boundaries, and support others in ways that also honor your energy and wellbeing.
MODULE 7: From Overdrive to Inner Alignment: Reclaiming Inner Resources Through Ericksonian Hypnosis
This module introduces Ericksonian hypnosis—a gentle, neuroscience-informed way to regulate the nervous system and recover from burnout. Using metaphors, indirect suggestions, and natural shifts in brainwave activity, hypnosis helps you reconnect with calm, clarity, and curiosity. You’ll learn why trance feels different for everyone and how it can help release chronic patterns of over-efforting.
MODULE 8: The Hidden Blueprint: Chakra-Based Healing for Subconscious Burnout Recovery
