My popular Cake Decorating Masterclass returns on Saturday 3rd May, back in our favourite venue located inside Whickham Comp School. We have private use of the Cookery Demonstration Room where I will demonstrate how to:
- Create the perfect buttercream
- Crumb coat and stack a three layered cake
- Fill each layer of cake
- Crumb coat the full coat
- Final coat the full cake
- Create a chocolate drip effect
- Pipe decorations onto the cake!
The class will be jam packed full of tips and tricks for you, so that you can walk away confident to try out your new skills on cakes for family and friends.
Everything is provided for you, the only things you need to bring along is yourself and an apron - unless you want to be covered in buttercream and chocolate.
