Healthy Employees Build Profitable Business
Go beyond box-checking wellness programs.
Bring in a trusted health expert—so your people stay healthy, present, and performing at their best.

The Hidden Cost of a Dis-engaged Team
You’re not imagining it—productivity and performance suffer with stress.

Mandating people back to the office is an added employee stress.

Stress is the No. 1 cause of mental health issues (1).

Job stress is more strongly linked to illness than even financial or family issues

Absenteeism from illness alone costs corporations ~$2,000 per employee in Canada. Absenteeism is a large but avoidable cost (2).

Proactive care reduces sick days, improves morale, and keeps teams productive and collaborative

Employees that feel better, perform better.
Even with EAPs in place, your team dosen't feel supported. Why?
Because EAPs are reactive, impersonal, and underused.
Your team needs a trusted health partner—before they hit a breaking point.
Lack of access to and knowledge about where to start are the most cited reasons employees are not proactive about their health.
We can change that.
A Wellness Program That Works—Because It’s Human

I'm Dr. Kaylee Alton, ND, and I help companies like tech firms, consulting and creative agencies in Toronto and Ottawa, shift from burnout-prone teams to resilient, healthy workforces.

“The Make Care programming has been incredibly valuable. We’ve seen a big uptick in morale and employees leave with something they can immediately action. We also aim to support the direction provided, through the choices of food services and benefit plans we provide.”
