How it Works

Modules & Office Hours

Modules are taught live by our NDs 1x/month and Office Hours for Q&A are also offered 1x/month, at either times:

11:30am - 1:00pm EST

or

12:30pm - 2:00pm EST

Members are encouraged to subscribe to our Google Calendar, to block off their schedules for the topics and hours they would like to attend.

Members will be emailed on the 1st of each month with a breakdown of the upcoming topics, dates, speakers and events.

Zoom links for the live sessions can be found on the Member Dashboard, updated the Monday of that week.

Community Forum

Please follow the link to the Facebook Group on the Member Dashboard, using your facebook profile account. Then answer the brief questions to join the group, including the email address you used to join the club.

We Don't Self Promote

While we understand many Club participants come from a coaching or entrepreneurial background, we ask that you do not use this space as a place for self promotion or marketing purposes. If this becomes an issue, you will be asked to leave the Club.

We Are Enrolled

This Confident Hormone Club community is only available to those currently enrolled in the Club. If your membership is canceled or you are no longer making your monthly payments you will no longer be able to engage with this community. If you believe there are participants in the Confident Hormone Club community that are not part of the Club, reach out to us in your Communication Portal by sending us a message. 

We Reach Out

We welcome any feedback or suggestions around your Club experience. We love to hear how the program is going for you, and ask that you reach out to us in your Communication Porta, by sending @Admin a message - so we can address any questions or concerns while keeping the community forum focused on it’s true purpose: learning, connection and growth.

We have feedback forms available for you to fill out in the member dashboard, at anytime and will email members reminders of these forms from time to time.

Module Topics

  • Nutrition Literacy: Understanding macronutrients, protein amounts, calculating your metabolic needs. Blood sugar regulation, improving insulin sensitivity and reducing inflammation.

  • How digestion works. Overcoming acid-reflux and recurring nausea, beat bloating basics and the naturopathic approach to IBS, SIBO, bloating and constipation. When to use food sensitivity testing and other functional health test kits and when not to.

  • Understanding period health and the naturopathic approach to PMS, PMDD, Period Pain & Heavy Bleeding, PCOS, Fertility, Recurring Miscarriage, Peri and Menopause, including when to use and when not to use HRT. 

  • Understanding mental health and emotional intelligence. The naturopathic approach for anxiety, depression, mental health and regulating our nervous system. Mindset shifts and frameworks for improving emotional and relational intelligence, from a faith in Christ, Bible believing approach.

  • Overcoming colds, flus, fevers, viruses while sick and understanding antibiotic use. Building your naturopathic medicine cabinet.

  • What lab tests and imaging are helpful for assessments.
