You understand the fundamentals of a good lifestyle and understand how to practice good selfcare. Most of us do. So what stops us?
What keeps you juggling?
Is it lack of time, lack of money, guilt (always put others first), you believe are not worthy of spending time on yourself. You know the why and how, but still it doesn't happen.
During the summer workshop I will share with you ways to simplify your selfcare, find those little hacks to introduce them without detriment to the rest of your world. We'll explore all of the 'reasons' above and more.
You will leave the workshop with a clear strategy to help you make positive, permanent lifestyle changes to support your health and wellbeing.
To kick start the summer- spend a day with me at the Soul Barns in Mortimer for a day of self discovery. Every workshop includes meditation, group and solo work, a fabulous lunch, a creative activity and a closing ceremony.

WORKSHOP INCLUDE: lesson on selfcare using facial reflexology - techniques you can use at home as part of your skincare routine or even whilst sitting at your desk when you need a break.

A little about me:
I’m Sarah, A simple explanation of what I do – I help people create calm in their life to feel well, find space to honour their wellbeing, physically, mentally and emotionally and to find ways to improve their life. It sounds deep, but is usually simple introducing relaxation techniques in treatments and at home.
At times we all experience stress, short bursts are actually good for us, but long term, extended periods of stress can (and do) lead to illness, disease and life limiting conditions. Before reaching that point, I encourage people to take responsibility and control of their life to improve their longevity and vigour as they age.
The choice is yours, do you want to live long with little energy, strength and resilience to meet the results of aging or do you want to live long with the knowledge that you have treated your body well, kept your mind balanced with activities and rest, and that you understand your emotions and how to work with them.
Are you putting limitations on yourself – ‘I cant do that because I am ** years old’ . Age is just a number!
