Collaboration
Co-working Thursdays CIC is committed to providing collaborative and supportive events for professionals, entrepreneurs and freelancers within the community, specifically aimed at women. Each event is a great opportunity to make new connections and potentially collaborate on future projects.
Welcoming
These gatherings create a welcoming and supportive environment where women can connect, collaborate and share their experiences. By providing a regular, inclusive space for individuals to work together, the aim is to combat isolation and help women feel more connected and supported in their professional journeys.
Supportive
The events focus on supporting local talent and venues, ensuring that the community benefits from a thriving network of women-led businesses. By encouraging skill swapping and knowledge-sharing we help empower women to achieve their professional goals and build successful, sustainable careers.
At Co-working Thursdays CIC, we're all about building a strong, supportive network of women who lift each other up. By coming together, we help each other grow, both personally and professionally, leading to greater financial independence and stronger businesses. Our work is all about making the community a more vibrant, inclusive and empowering space where women can truly thrive.
Sharing ideas, lifting each other up, such a lovely atmosphere and it’s a lovely treat to have a lunch with friends and new friends! It’s the highlight of my month.
Meeting new lovely people, bouncing ideas off other like-minded people, being able to mix work with socialising (self employment can be lonely)
Being able to hear other peoples ideas and feel a bit less alone.
It’s a lovely community and chance to chat to fellow creatives, catchup, share ideas and support each other whilst getting some work done and having a lovely day out and change of scenery.
Likeminded ladies all getting together to offer support and advice. Any question ever asked has a full answer and other opinions too. Great way to not work alone all the time and you a gorgeous feel good event!
