Kia ora, I’m Rebecca van Dam and I’ve been there too; from rarely exercising and feeling weak & sluggish to overtraining & burdened by guilt if I missed a session.
I’ve been stuck in the rut of just going through the motions, an endless to-do list always on my mind, frequently burning out from the constant pressure. Negative self-talk and fear of failure eroded my self-confidence and held me back from doing the things I enjoy.
After years of trial and error, I found balance.
I learned how to:
listen to my body and rest without guilt.
challenge the limiting beliefs that kept me stuck in a mindset of fear & negativity, bringing more joy & gratitude into my life.
The combination of regular exercise and personal development has:
decreased my anxiety (alongside medication & counselling).

Motivated by the desire to share these benefits with others, I became a certified Personal Trainer and I am in the process of becoming an ICF Certified Coach.
