Preamble:

This Silva Graduate Mastermind and/or Power Group and/or Cate Christine's trainings and/or classes and/or sessions are a sacred space dedicated to the practice of Silva mind-empowering tools, activation of intuition, clairvoyance, exploration of consciousness, the cultivation of spiritual growth, and the deepening of our connection to source. We come together with the intention of creating a supportive and nurturing environment where we can learn, heal, and evolve together on our individual and collective journeys.

Guiding Principles:

  • Reverence: We approach this group with reverence for the divine within ourselves and others, recognizing the sacredness of each individual's journey.

  • Compassion: We cultivate compassion and empathy for ourselves and for all beings, acknowledging the inherent interconnectedness of all life.

  • Integrity: We act with integrity in all our interactions within the group, honoring our commitments and upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct--meaning those who participate in disharmony, argumentation, dishonesty, lies, abuse including but not limited to verbal, raising one's voice, mental, physical, emotional, financial, etc., theft, harassment, harm, illegal activity, alcohol/drug inebriation, manipulation and/or violating Silva Method West terms and privacy policy will be removed immediately with no possibility of return.

  • Trust: We cultivate trust and open-heartedness within the practice group, creating a safe and supportive space for vulnerability and authentic self-expression.

Group Agreements:

  1. Confidentiality: All information shared within the group, including personal experiences, insights, and any sensitive information, is held sacred and should not be discussed outside the group unless explicit permission is granted by the individual who shared the information.

  2. Respectful Communication: We communicate with kindness, compassion, and respect for the unique journey of each individual. We refrain from judgment, criticism, or any form of disrespect towards fellow group members.

  3. Active Listening: We practice deep listening, attuning to the wisdom and truth that resides within ourselves and others. We strive to understand and honor the perspectives of all members.

  4. Mindful Presence: We cultivate mindful presence during all group activities, bringing our full attention to the present moment and honoring the sacredness of the present experience.

  5. Safety & Boundaries:

    • We honor and respect the personal boundaries of all group members.

    • We communicate our personal boundaries clearly and assertively.

    • We create a safe and supportive space for all members to express themselves authentically and explore their inner world.

    • If we experience any discomfort, whether physically, mentally, or emotionally, we immediately communicate our concerns to the group or seek support from a designated point of contact.

  6. Group Participation:

    • We actively participate in exercises, discussions, and sharing when appropriate, honoring our own inner guidance and the flow of the group.

    • We approach the practices with an open heart, a willingness to explore the unknown, and a commitment to personal growth.

  7. Technology & Etiquette:

    • We minimize distractions during sessions, such as turning off notifications on our phones and finding a quiet space for participation.

    • We mute our microphones when not actively speaking to minimize background noise.

    • We prefer cameras to be turned on, and we respect individual preferences regarding camera use.

  8. Group Structure:

    • The typical group structure will include:

      • Sharing of Creations & Wins using the Silva tools & Guided Meditation: The session will usually begin with sharing of creations & wins using the Silva tools and a guided meditation and set a positive intention for the session.

      • Breakout Room Practice: Following the opening exercise, participants will typically engage in healing practices within smaller breakout rooms.

      • Group Close Out: The session will conclude with a group close out, allowing for sharing of experiences and integration of the session's insights.

    • Flexibility: Please note that this structure is subject to change based on the needs and flow of the group.

  9. Breakout Room Guidelines:

    • Information shared within breakout rooms is considered confidential within the group.

    • Members of the breakout room should not share another participant's personal issues outside the breakout room without explicit permission from that participant.

    • We maintain a respectful and supportive environment within the breakout room.

    • The facilitator may enter any breakout room at any time to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

    • If a participant needs assistance within a breakout room, they should use the "Ask For Help" button (if available) or leave the room and find the facilitator.

    • The facilitator may not always be immediately available to assist.

  10. Modality Usage:

    • The primary intent of this group is to explore and cultivate spiritual growth through the practice of the Silva Method.

    • If a participant wishes to practice a different modality with another participant, they must obtain explicit consent from the other participant prior to doing so.

  11. Facilitator Role:

    • The facilitator will guide the group, facilitate exercises, and provide support to participants in their use of Silva tools

    • The facilitator will maintain confidentiality regarding all group discussions and individual experiences.

    • The facilitator will ensure the group adheres to this Code of Conduct and maintain a positive, supportive environment within the scope of this group facilitation.

  • Participants are solely responsible for their own well-being and any decisions they make based on their experiences within the group.

  • The facilitator does not assume any responsibility for the mental, emotional, or physical well-being of any participant.

  • This Code of Conduct is subject to change as needed.

  • Any changes to this Code of Conduct will be communicated to the group in advance.

  • By participating in the Silva Graduate Mastermind or any of Cate Christine's trainings and/or classes and/or practice groups including Power Group, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct and acknowledge the disclaimer regarding personal responsibility.
