ONLINE MASTERCLASS

Conquering People Pleasing

Thursday 29th January 2026 | 12pm UK | 1pm CET

Many of us identify with people pleasing habits, but none of us originally started out that way. We might have learned to people please as a survival mechanism to earn or keep our place in structures and systems that would have otherwise treated us unfairly without our compliance. But this comes at a hidden cost to our levels of confidence and self-esteem which are both essential for us to thrive when working in majority male industries.

In this interactive one-hour session, Ishwariya will help you gain an understanding of:

- what causes us to adopt people pleasing behaviours

- how people pleasing negatively impacts your confidence, self esteem and potential as a leader

- how you can overcome a pattern of people pleasing

Meet your trainer: Ishwariya Rajamohan FRSA
