Once I was in that place myself
I understand that you no longer want to be a slave to your own Anger or a victim of not feeling it at all
Perhaps you watched webinars, attended a few workshops, tried to work through it in therapy and understand it.
You tried to breathe it out, dance it out, or even "release" your anger "to be the wiser and more professional one."
And do you still have the impression that it is rather your anger that controls you? Rather than you controlling it? That it uses you, rather than you use your anger?

I was also caught in a vicious cycle of denial, suppression, and outbursts—those brief moments of relief followed by overwhelming guilt, which I then directed at myself.
I wasted a lot of health and energy on that. I was living with the handbrake pulled. The worst part is that often completely unconsciously...
That's how it was until I came across the methods from the Possibility Management approach, through which I practically experienced for myself that my Anger is not a biological mistake that needs to be eliminated.
Your anger is not a wild beast or a biological a mistake that needs to be eliminated
Your Anger is not a "harmful, destructive, unreasonable" emotion- that everyone should stay away from!
It is one of your fundamental resources, which, when reclaimed and tamed, will provide you with agency and energy, allowing you to truly take care of yourself and your needs!
Because Anger is not just about setting boundaries and saying NO.
Anger is an inner fire, a sense of power and agency, a big YES!: I am realising what I lack in life and in the world and I go for my YES!
So it's not at all about venting, rationalising, or releasing Anger, or even just expressing it in a random way!
It's about taming your Anger: consciously feeling it in the body, from a slight increase in heart rate, and using it in real-time, responsibly and consciously, at appropriate intensities.

That's why for over 7 years
I have been working with people as a somatic therapist, and for over 4 years I have been conducting pioneering anger management training for women in Poland (for over a year now also for men). So far, over 1000 women and nearly 100 men have worked with me.
I work in the psychological-coaching approach of Possibility Management,
which has been developed worldwide for over 40 years and has been introduced to Poland in recent years. Soon I will be training future trainers of this method (want to know more? - write to me).
I am a Coach and Trainer of Possibilities
in the Possibility Management approach, a Trainer of Spaceholders for the Rage Club, and a Trainer of Spaceholders for Possibility Coaching in the Possibility Management approach, as well as a Facilitator (FiT) of Community Building by M. Scott Peck (a technology for navigating group processes and building community).
