Hey, I’m Rebecca.
I’m not here because I’ve lived a perfect life.
I’m here because I’ve lived through hell—and found freedom on the other side.
I started out as a teacher, but God stirred something deeper in me—a desire to walk with people through their pain and confusion. That led me to pursue a master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling. I went on to become a certified school counselor and spent five years working with middle and high school students—navigating anxiety, trauma, crisis, and emotional turmoil.
I had the training. I had the tools. But under the surface, I was silently drowning.
Behind the credentials was a woman secretly addicted to pornography (years earlier), battling anxiety, and suffocating under shame and a need for control. I thought I could fix myself if I just worked harder. But what I needed wasn’t behavior management—it was deliverance.
Everything changed the day I finally surrendered. Jesus met me—not at my best, but in my breaking. He began to walk me through deep healing: uprooting lies, breaking generational strongholds, and setting me free from the inside out. Somewhere along the journey, He told me clearly:
“I’m going to take everything you learned in the secular counseling world—and I’m going to use it for My Kingdom.”
Now I walk women through the same process—through Deeply Rooted Christian Coaching, where we invite the Holy Spirit to get to the root and bring real, lasting freedom.

No—this is not therapy, and I’m not a licensed mental health provider.
I’m a Christian life coach with a background in school counseling, and what I offer is spiritual support, emotional processing, and Holy Spirit-led transformation. We don’t diagnose or treat mental illness. Instead, we go after the spiritual roots, false beliefs, and strongholds that may be holding you back—and invite Jesus into those places for healing.
If you're currently struggling with severe trauma, suicidal thoughts, or untreated mental illness, I strongly encourage you to seek licensed professional help. Coaching can be a beautiful complement to therapy, but it’s not a replacement for it.
