Q: Is this for me if I haven’t officially hit menopause or am still experiencing hormone symptoms post menopause?
Yes! This program is made specifically for balancing hormones — perimenopause can begin as early as your mid-30s or can still be experiencing hormone related symptoms in to your 60s if your hormones are not balanced.

Q: Are there meal plans or food rules?
No strict plans, no counting, no dieting. You’ll learn how to nourish your hormones through food freedom and balance — not restriction.

Q: Will I get one-on-one support?
This is a self-paced program, so there are no live calls. But the content is designed to feel supportive, clear, and easy to follow. If you will prefer one-on-one support. Please get in contact. I offer a free 20 minute discovery call.

Q: What if I’m not in the UK?
That’s fine! All resources are digital. Some supplement links may be UK-based, but the food and lifestyle guidance applies globally.
