Dumbbells & Donuts is a support group for women struggling with food (binge eating, overeating, emotional eating), fitness, and body image. It is meant to provide you with a unique opportunity to integrate fitness, mental health support, and a sense of community into your healing journey. Inside, you can ask questions, receive tips, attend LIVE workouts, and share your story. We are currently using facebook as our platform.
