This year’s Nü You Conference theme is Your Turn—a declaration that the season of self-sacrifice without self-prioritization is over.
Motherhood may shift your identity, but it should never erase it. Your Turn is about stepping boldly into your Nü identity, where caring for yourself is non-negotiable and showing up for your family comes from a place of wholeness, not depletion. This is the action phase—where healing, clarity, and confidence lead the way.

Please note: Childcare is a separate experience and requires an additional fee. Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate up to 25 children, ages 6 and under.
We like the moms to be fully immersed in the experience so we will not be accepting public volunteers this year.
