The longer you're on hold, the more points you can earn — and that's something worth calling home about!
Earning points is simple and easy:
You can earn 1 point per minute after the first 10 minutes of continuous hold, and earn 10 points per minute after the first 100 minutes on continuous hold.
If you're still waiting after 1,000 minutes, you'll earn 100 points per minute, and if you're still waiting after 10,000 minutes, you'll earn earn a staggering 500 points per minute.
*There is a cap of 5 million points per calendar year per household.
