A user acceptance test, or UAT, is a software development process which ensures that the output meets all of your requirements. To paint a picture of what it looks like in practice, let's say we have a 2-week UAT. The first week you will be given access to the GPT and you get to play around with it. You would report to us if there are any issues with the output and check if it meets all of your objectives. You would then send that report to us, then we would fix the product and the last week would be the last week of testing. Once everything has been met, we can consider the project to be complete.

Large Language Models (LLMs), such as ChatGPT, are very powerful and capable technologies on their own. However, they can be susceptible to creating or providing irrelevant or inaccurate content. Moreover, they are limited to the data they are trained on which can risk it to operate using outdated information. We use Retrieval Augmented Generation, or RAG, pipelines in order to improve the efficacy of LLMs by allowing it to utilize custom data safely and optimally.
