Yoga for Golf Series

6 Sessions: Sundays, Feb 22-March 29, 2026, 9-10 am

Get more power from your swing, enjoy better range of motion, and improve your mental focus during this 6 week series! These yoga classes are specifically tailored to the needs of golfers. Build core and whole body strength, increase range of motion in your back, hamstrings, hips, and shoulders, and improve your concentration. You will feel stronger, more at ease with your swing, and ready for the season to begin. This is the perfect off-season activity to get you "game ready" for Spring!

Golf is a one sided sport that can leave you feeling physically uneven, where one side of your body is tighter than the other. Over time, this can lead to pain and dysfunction which will prevent you from playing the way you want to. The balanced movements of yoga help you develop strength and mobility equally on both sides so that you can continue to enjoy playing golf for the long term.

These classes are for all levels of experience, even if you can't touch your toes.

Please bring a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, and an open mind. 

All 6 weeks: $150, includes all classes, plus all class recordings, and bonuses
